ENHANCING DATA EXPLORATION IN WOOD MACKENZIE’S PLATFORM
This project focused on improving chart interactions in Wood Mackenzie’s Lens platform by identifying where users struggled. Through user research, analytics, session recordings, and heuristic evaluations, guided by Double Diamond and Lean UX, UX improvements enhanced discoverability, clarified mental models, reduced friction, and increased engagement with complex data.
COMPLETE RE DESIGN OF THE PLATFORM. NEW UI GUIDE LINES AND UX IMPROVEMENTS.
As the product lead my responsibility was to improve the product and find out what works and what doesn't for the users. To do so I had to do user research, competitor analysis and use various testing methods such as user testing and A/B testing. Based on the results UX amends were made and new functionalities added to the platform making the overall journey easier for the users.
IMPROVING THE USER JOURNEY BY INTRODUCING UX AMENDS IN BOTH THE PLATFORM AND MOBILE APPS.
My role as the UX designer in a fast paced agile environment, required efficiency and a very well organized day to day pipeline plan. From conducting different UX research methods to writing user stories, from prototyping to testing and evaluating, I had to improve the overall user journey and make the experience more user friendly.

The app unveils the second phase of the brand’s commitment to delivering an extraordinary customer experience online and addresses the continued growth in the number of customers preferring to shop Selfridges.com from their smartphones and tablets.

The app made the clients vision reality. Using an effective prototyping process, it was made sure that the app is both beautiful and intuitive to use. I also made sure to research the competitors in order to help the app stand out. I listened to feedback and iterated through designs until customer was happy.
